Clinical Pilates is a tailored exercise method that combines traditional Pilates principles with physiotherapeutic knowledge. It focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. Unlike generic Pilates classes, our Clinical Pilates is personalized to address specific musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

Our experienced physiotherapists utilize their expertise to design individualized Clinical Pilates programs. These programs are crafted with a keen understanding of your unique needs and any existing injuries or conditions. By integrating Pilates exercises with physiotherapy principles, we aim to optimize your movement patterns, alleviate pain, and enhance overall physical function.

Our large stand alone Pilates Studio has 5 reformers, a trapeze/Cadillac, a Wunda Chair, and many other pieces of equipment to give you a well rounded and comprehensive exercise routine. With small groups, and close Physiotherapist supervision and instruction, the program you complete is unique to you and your needs.

Our Clinical Pilates Program Structure
With over 45 classes per week, there is plenty of choice! Classes are run in 12 week “blocks”, and the majority of participants find one class per week sufficient.
Reserve a time in the same class each week, but with the flexibility to swap into other classes as required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. You will be doing a range of exercises, so you need to be comfortable.
Absolutely. Whilst much of the session will be completed on the Pilates equipment, your physio instructor will also advise on what exercises you can continue at home to complement your weekly class commitment.
Yes. Because our classes are run by physio’s, in small groups, and tailored for your own unique health condition, rebates should be available. Please check with your insurer to be sure.
