Being strong is an essential skill for life and we have two fantastic areas that we conduct our S&C programs in – a whole floor of state of the art gym and rehabilitation equipment, and a smaller rehab studio where we often conduct 1:1 strength sessions. No matter what your S&C goal is, our physio’s will ensure you reach those goals safely and in timely fashion

Our Strength Class Structure
We run 15 classes per week, and are regularly adding classes to the schedule. Classes are one hour in duration. As our classes are all conducted by physiotherapist’s, health fund rebates may apply for your classes.
Reserve a time in the same class each week, but with the flexibility to swap into other classes as required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. You will be doing a range of exercises, so you need to be comfortable.
Absolutely. Whilst much of the session will be completed with equipment, your physio instructor will also advise on what exercises you can continue at home to complement your weekly class commitment.
Yes. Because our classes are run by physio’s, in small groups, and tailored for your own unique health condition, rebates should be available. Please check with your insurer to be sure.
